Police still have not been able to find Jack and Lilly Sullivan after five months of searching. Two officers, along with their cadaver dogs, were out in late September and did not find any human remains. The teams searched 40 kilometres of land where they felt there was the highest probability of finding the children. While those searches were underway, investigators continued to follow up on tips, video surveillance and forensic testing. The siblings disappeared from their home on Gairloch Road on May 2nd. Staff Sergeant Rob McCamon, Officer in Charge (acting) of Major Crime and Behavioural Sciences, says each piece of evidence helps inform the next steps. He adds they continue to consider all possibilities. Anyone with any information is encouraged to call the Northeast Nova RCMP Major Crime Unit at 902-896-5060.
