Two people face drug trafficking charges after an investigation in Lunenburg and Queens’ Counties. The South Shore Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit did a targeted traffic stop in Hebbville in connection with the ongoing investigation. The occupants of the vehicle, a 30-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man, were safely arrested. Later, officers executed a search warrant at a home on Charles Boliver Road in Conquerall Mills. A search of the home and the vehicle led officers to seize a quantity of cocaine, hydromorphone, cash, ammunition and cell phones. The woman and man will face two counts each of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. They were released on conditions and are scheduled to appear in Bridgewater Provincial Court on August 20.
