Twinning of Highway 103 from Hubbards to Chester means blasting between Exit 6 and Exit7 are planned twice a day. The blasting work will take place between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, at 10-minute intervals. There will be temporary lane closures both east and westbound at these locations:
• Highway 103 until Friday, May 29, 2027, starting 2km West of Exit 6 and ending 4km West of Exit 7.
• Highway 3 from Monday, February 16, 2026, to Friday, June 26, 2026, starting 1km West of Exit 7 carpool parking lot and ending 400m East of Exit 7 carpool parking lot.
