According to a new poll Premier Tim Houston’s PC government has a 19-point lead over the NDP. The random survey of 800 Nova Scotians shows strong approval for the PC’s policies but in Halifax the NDP leads 40 per cent to 31 per cent. If an election were held today 50 per cent of voters would cast ballots for the PC Party, compared with 31 per cent for the NDP and 18 per cent for Liberals.
