In Halifax, police were forced to shoot and kill three dogs that had attacked a woman in a residence. The incident occurred this morning when the dogs were attacking the woman. The officer who responded to the scene was also attacked by the dogs and had to use their service weapon to stop the attack. The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police are still at the scene.
