More than $29 million will be spent by Ottawa on a new space for classified research projects. The secure facility will be built at the Centre for Ocean Ventures and Entrepreneurship across the harbour from Halifax. Research will include artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, ocean technology and Arctic research.
