Starting this weekend
Most of the supervised beaches in Nova Scotia will soon have lifeguard coverage, marking the beginning of the summer season. Starting this weekend, most supervised beaches will have lifeguards on duty from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until August 25. Three beaches will have lifeguards until early September. Last year, over 306,000 people visited provincial beaches and more than 60 saves were made. For a full list of supervised beaches and daily updates, visit https://www.gorock.ca/beach
