Nova Scotia tables record setting capital budget

It’s a record-setting spending plan put on the table by the government of Nova Scotia. Finance Minister John Lohr introduced a two-point three five-billion-dollar capital budget. It's $725 million more than the $1.5 billion capital budget tabled last year. The capital plan includes major spending on healthcare, affordable public housing, schools, highways and the Halifax Harbour Bridges project.
