The province is providing more money to farmers to increase their water supply. The $475,000 from the On-Farm Water Management Program will support water projects like wells and ponds on farms. This will fund all existing eligible applications and enable a second call for applications as Nova Scotia farmers deal with drought conditions and the impacts of climate change.
