The Town of Lunenburg is offering some tips for winter parking. Residents may use the off-street parking lots during snow removal for free this season. There is no permit required to use the off-street lots. Residents are asked to remove their vehicles from these lots within eight hours after a storm. This allows crews to clear those lots for the next storm.
Any vehicles left in these lots for more than 8 hours run the risk of being removed at the owner’s cost. And finally, any vehicles not removed from the streets during snow clearing will be removed at the owner’s expense and can be retrieved at Corkum’s.
