HomeShare, a new provincial program launched yesterday will provide people with disabilities more support. The program will allow people in the Nova Scotia Disability Support Program to live in a shared home in their community and match providers to the participants based on individual needs, interests and expectations. Providers may help with preparing meals, medical appointments and transportation to and from work.
