Tolls have been removed from both bridges in Halifax. The fares were removed from the MacDonald Bridge on Friday as construction crews began to tear down the toll booths. The tolls on the McKay Bridge ended yesterday. The MacDonald Bridge reopens this morning but will be closed again next weekend.
