RCMP say a man wanted on a provincewide arrest warrant faces an additional 21 charges for failing to comply. 50-year-old Gregory Leonard Tilley of Windsor is wanted on charges related to intimate partner violence. He has been the subject of the arrest warrant since November. Tilley is five-foot-ten inches and weighs 180 pounds. He has short greying hair and facial hair and hazel eyes. If you know where he is, the police urge you to call them.
