EverWind Fuels plans to build 404 wind turbines
A new energy project could be the largest in Atlantic Canada. EverWind Fuels plans to build 404 wind turbines to power their green ammonia and green hydrogen plant in Point Tupper. The project could create about 780 full-time jobs and help combat climate change. The turbines will be connected to the Nova Scotia power grid in the first phase, and in the second phase, they will power the ammonia and hydrogen production facility. EverWind plans to ship the products overseas to meet the demand in Europe.
