The on and off ramps at Highway 103, Exit 7, Westbound in Chester will be closed from August 6th to August 9th for the installation of a new overpass. Detour routes will be in place with traffic control on site. Westbound on-ramp traffic will be detoured to Exit 6, while westbound off-ramp traffic will be detoured to Exit 8. This is a temporary closure for the construction project.
