Applications are now open for the Water Supply Upgrade Program. This program offers low-interest financing to eligible property owners to access potable water. Financing up to $20,000 is available. The interest rate is two per cent with a repayment period of five years. Eligible upgrades may include: well drilling, rainwater collection and storage systems, such as cisterns, well pumps, water lines and electrical connections.
