Go Rock is a dynamic and vibrant radio station that delivers top-quality programming and connects with listeners across Lunenburg County. We're passionate about music, entertainment, and serving our community. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to help us elevate our clients' brands, increase audience engagement, and grow our partnerships.

Position Overview:
As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and placing advertising time and space on our station. You will work closely with local businesses, agencies, and brands to craft customized marketing solutions that align with their goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and close new clients by developing a deep understanding of their business needs.
• Create and deliver effective presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of radio Marketing
• Develop customized advertising packages that fit client objectives and budget.
• Collaborate with our creative and production team to ensure client creative are effective and engaging.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently under policies and procedures set by ownership
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends is a plus.
