The Town of Lunenburg Electric Utility Capital upgrades began and will continue into the fall. The project will be completed in two phases, involving the installation of new conductors, poles, transformers, secondary power lines and services along Kissing Bridge Rd, Maple Ave, Montgomery St in Phase 1, followed by Green St, Victoria Rd and Hall St during Phase 2. During these upgrades, there will be times when short power outages will be required, however, efforts will be made to minimize the inconveniences to residents and information will be provided. Motorists are asked to use caution when driving in work zones.
