It’s a mixed review for the provincial government and its handling of housing for people with disabilities. In his second monitor report, Michael Prince says the province is making gradual progress getting people out of institutions and off waitlists for community housing. That’s part of the province’s five-year plan. But he says the government is only getting a passing grade for implementing 24 of 90 legally required steps and is not moving consistently or comprehensively in its plan
