The District of Lunenburg has struck a new Regional Growth Management Committee. It is an advisory committee formed to advise the municipality’s councils on matters referred to it by the councils. The Committee is intended to make recommendations to the Town of Bridgewater Council and the District of Lunenburg Council on ways to collaborate on growth opportunities within the region. The meetings will be open to the public and will be rotated between the Municipal Services Building in Cookville and The Town of Bridgewater. They will be held the second Tuesday of every second month beginning August 12th.
