Four people face a slew of charges after a search of a home in Gold River. The Southwest Nova Street Crimes Enforcement Unit searched the home on Gloade Lane on Monday and found two replica firearms, two crossbows, suspected cocaine, methamphetamine and other controlled substances, along with a stolen motorcycle and 40 cases of contraband cigarettes. Three other vehicles were seized. Five dogs were removed from the home because of poor living conditions. Three people face nine charges each and another was released by police pending a future court appearance. A fifth person was released without charges.
