This morning King Charles and Queen Camilla are waking up in Ottawa. They will be led through downtown Ottawa by horse-drawn carriage to the Parliament buildings, where the King will deliver the government's throne speech, and later lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
