A Lunenburg County man has died in the LaHave River in Bridgewater. Police were called about a possible drowning just before 11:30 Monday morning. The body of the man was found just before 1:00 in the afternoon. His body was recovered with the assistance of the Bridgewater Fire Department and the Northfield District Fire Department underwater drone. Police do not believe there was any criminal nature and it is being treated as an accidental drowning.
