Lunenburg Town Council has set its council priorities to guide its work over the coming months. These priorities were set during a recent strategic workshop. There are five immediate priorities, which include a review of Lunenburg Electric Utility operations, building a supportive work environment, rebuilding trust within the community, a comprehensive MPS and LUB review and enhancing municipal communications. These will serve as council’s official direction until a more comprehensive strategic plan is developed.
